Ways to Help
Thank you to all who are working so hard as you collect supplies and money, make and distribute flood buckets, check on individuals, serve in shelters, and help people start the process of assessment and return to their homes. The Louisiana Conference has a way for individuals to easily donate money to be used in the recovery of people devastated by these historic floods. On the conference web-site (http://www.la-umc.org) there is a giving link at the top of ...the page. By clicking on the link a person can make a donation by credit card or PayPal account. Of course, a check can be written and mailed to Treasurer, LA Annual Conference, 527 North Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA 70802 with the note “floods” in the memo line.
