Faith Crossing Youth Group
Loving young people regardless of their responses.

Youth Group at Faith Crossing is not just another church  program. It starts with adults who are bridge builders committed to offering adolescents authentic friendship, listening to their stories, learning what is important to them, and helping those who are ready to make their own faith crossing -- from seeker to believer to servant.  We care about the joys, triumphs, heartaches and setbacks that all kids experience and we know young people are dramatically influenced when caring adults come alongside them, sharing God's love with them. This is one important step in a lifelong journey.

The primary way we connect with young people is through a regular Sunday evening gathering.  We meet from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. each Sunday evening.  It's controlled chaos that's almost impossible to describe, but our teenagers will tell you it's a lot of fun. Our time together includes dinner and games.  And before the fun ends, we share a simple message about God's love.

Do you love teenagers? Okay ... do you care about the future of the church?

Today’s teenagers are tomorrow’s adult community.  They need to be nurtured by caring adults.  We are a very active group and always need volunteers for a variety of things, such as Sunday evening programming, driving, and special events or retreats.  We would like enough people to help so that no one gets overwhelmed with volunteering.   We are open to whatever time you have to share whether it is once a quarter to being a regular advisor to the group and anything in between.
